Prices for our optical microscopes, histopathology clean room equipment, and surgical instruments are listed based on current production and material costs. Micron Instrument Industries reserves the right to adjust prices, delivery charges, and minimum order quantities prior to order confirmation. Payment terms must be adhered to as agreed upon during the quotation or invoicing process. Dispatch and delivery timelines provided are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen logistics disruptions or force majeure events.

Product warranty coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects as specified in the official product warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase. Unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, or operational negligence by the client will void all express or implied warranties. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of transactions with Micron Instrument Industries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
